This notice explains what personal data T&A Advisory Group Limited collects through this website, why we collect it and what you can ask us to do with it. We process personal data under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

Who we are

T&A Advisory Group Limited, registered in Nigeria, RC 9945221. We work from Abuja · Lagos. For anything about your data, email hello@taadvisorygroup.com.

What we collect

When you send us an enquiry through the contact form, we collect:

• your name, email address and, if you give it, your company
• the type of enquiry and the area of interest you choose
• your message
• your consent, the wording you agreed to and the page you sent the form from

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and browser details, to run and secure the site. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.

Why we use it

We use your details to read and reply to your enquiry and, if we start working together or you apply to join us, to continue that conversation. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give when you tick the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing hello@taadvisorygroup.com.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. Two service providers process it on our behalf:

• HubSpot, which stores contact form enquiries in our customer relationship system
• Vercel, which hosts this website

Both store data outside Nigeria. We rely on their contractual safeguards for international transfers, as the Act requires.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we go on to work together, in which case we keep records for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• correct data that is wrong or incomplete
• delete your data
• restrict or object to how we use it
• send your data to you or another organisation in a portable format

Email hello@taadvisorygroup.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

Changes to this notice

We will update this page if the way we use personal data changes.
