T&A Advisory Group is a management consultancy based in Lagos and Abuja, founded by former Accenture consultants with experience helping leading organisations solve complex strategy, technology and transformation challenges.
We founded T&A around a simple belief: organisations should not have to choose between world-class thinking and practical execution. Our ambition is to build an advisory firm that combines both, bringing rigorous thinking, practical experience and an entrepreneurial mindset to some of Africa’s most ambitious organisations.

Both founders are former Accenture managers, with experience across retail, technology strategy, data, operating model change and implementation delivery.
Co-Founder · Retail Strategy & Operating Models
Tolu spent six years in Accenture's retail strategy and consulting practice, working with some of the UK's best-known retailers, including Harrods, Tesco, Sainsbury's and Selfridges. His work spans operating models, technology, data and change management, with first-hand knowledge of how leading luxury and premium retailers run their stores, stock, customers and teams.
Co-Founder · Data & AI Strategy
Anthony brings six years as a data and AI strategy consultant at Accenture across retail, financial services and telecommunications. He has worked with Fortune 500 companies to deliver value from data and AI, pairing each solution with the change management that makes it stick.
